
YOU’RE INVITED TO JOIN THE MAYOR AND SGT GRIMES

Indianapolis Mayor Ballard and Sgt. Grimes of the Indianapolis Police Department are scheduled to help coach the PSC Rec Academy sessions Tuesday, 9/7. They will run a couple games that have a human development theme, i.e. Sgt Grimes will run Red Light, Green Light and ask the players to show respect for police. Mayor Ballard will run “Clean Up Your Yard” (clear one side of the field of soccer balls) and ask the players to help the family keep its yard clean.
For this special occasion Tuesday 9/7, ALL U6 AND U7 PLAYERS ARE INVITED TO JOIN THE U5 PLAYERS 5:45pm to 6:45pm. And all U10 and U12 players are invited to join the U8 players 6:45pm-7:45pm. The rest of the Academy schedule remains as scheduled (below and posted).
If you're already registered for Fall 2010 u5-u12 Community Rec program, great! Teams will soon be formed to play seven Saturday morning games 9/18/10 - 10/30/10 and one weeknight game week of 9/27/10 - 9/30/10 at 6:00 p.m. Look for emails about THE REC ACADEMY TRAINING SESSIONS run by Indiana Soccer Hall of Fame member PSC Soccer Director Dan Kapsalis.
